I've been adding more questions to localmaxradio.com. Currently I'm working on some information theory related ones: What is a bit - and more interestingly - how can you have a fractional bit?
These short articles are going to be good supplements for the podcast, and they will sort of keep of record of how I'm thinking about different topics and fields. That'll give it a different point of view than say wikipedia or mathworld (also - I'll be talking about non mathematical topics)
The Local Maximum is about combining these ideas with current events and sort of a tech industry forum, so I don't want to make it an encyclopedia site - but I think it's a good supplement to what I have
